After refuse the Microsoft bargaining several times ago, last few days Yahoo returned to refuse the new offer from its company of Bill Gates, and this become the last time from the discussion between the two of them.

The Reason of Yahoo deduction revealed that Microsoft more interested to buy the Yahoo to get the business of the engine search and non overall of business Yahoo, though Jerry Yang the leader, assume that the both cooperation  is to extend the core of Yahoo business not just the search engine.

After the deduction, the price of Yahoo share return to fall and not long after the cooperation among Yahoo and Google happened.

Cooperation of both is to place the Google advertisement (Adsense) at the result of seeking Yahoo. With the existence of this cooperation both of them hope that they will be able to print a new inclusion.

How foor Microsoft, have been really refused then the candidate go with another client.

Townsquare [is] asocial networking for the company of where there are a lot of media which is good for managing employees, this system is assumed very good for internally running, such as to keep the officer profile, salaries, employees promotion, sharing document work etc.

This project by itself have been used by Microsoft to manage the its 8000 employees. Nowadays Microsoft is processing the TownSquare to immediately releasing to public, from the media this project is heard nicely isn’t it?
